Pitch Raise
If a piano hasn’t been tuned for more than two years, the strings often drop too low in pitch. Since the soundboard and pinblock are made of wood, they don’t respond evenly when tension is increased. This makes it difficult to tune the piano properly without first performing a pitch raise.
A pitch raise gradually restores the piano to standard pitch, allowing it to be tuned accurately and sound its very best.
Pitch Raise: $250 including full tuning

Voicing and Regulation
Regulation is adjusting the piano’s keys and action so it plays evenly and responds smoothly. It makes the piano more comfortable to play and brings out its best performance. Full regulation will take around 10 ~ 14 hours.
Voicing adjusts the piano’s tone by working on the hammers, making the sound brighter, softer, or more even to match your taste. Full voicing will take around 3~ 8 hours.
